FS Logistix brings its innovations to transport logistic in Munich
Munich, 28 May 2025 – Between 2 and 5 June, FS Logistix will take centre stage at the Transport Logistic 2025 trade fair in Munich alongside its German companies TX Logistik and Exploris (HSL, Delta Rail and Via Cargo). The fair will be an opportunity to present the main innovations: the Strategic Plan 2025-2029, the new Integrated Digital Platform, the integrated European offer thanks to the TX Logistik-Exploris synergy, and the developments of the NiKRASA system. These topics will be discussed in depth during the dedicated event “It’s time for evolution”, to be held on Tuesday 3 June 2025, at 4 p.m., in conference room B61.
The 2025-2029 Strategic Plan
The new 2025-2029 Strategic Plan envisages EUR 2.16 billion in investments to better respond to market needs, improve operational efficiency and enhance asset value. An integrated end to end European offer, a digital platform to connect supply and demand, and new partnerships to promote intermodal rail-road-sea transport are at the heart of the strategy.
The aim is to create an integrated model that combines the different business segments, thereby ensuring complete coverage along the entire value chain. The plan includes targeted investments in digitisation, sustainability, terminal development and fleet expansion with new electric locomotives and state-of-the-art wagons.
A digital platform connecting supply and demand
The new integrated digital platform www.fslogistix.com was created to best meet the needs of an evolving market through a fully client-centric approach. It was designed as a single interface for Italian and international customers, and it allows integrated management of the entire logistics chain by combining rail, road and sea transport with customised solutions, end-to-end traceability and sustainability.
The European Network
An increasingly large and extensive European intermodal network, also thanks to the integration of the German companies TX Logistik and Exploris. Exploris’s international rail connections, which are strongly oriented towards east-west transport, will complement TX Logistik’s existing network, which already has a strong presence along the north-south European axis.
A new concept of NiKRASA to make the shift of goods from road to rail as easy as possible
TX Logistik AG has realigned the use of its NiKRASA handling system in order to shift even more traffic to rail in the future. The rail logistics company will present the new concept, which will allow the system to become independent and utilise its strengths even better, for the first time at the transport logistic trade fair in Munich. The reorganisation as an independent system is also associated with a new brand name.
TX Logistik’s aim with the new concept is to make the shift of goods from road to rail as easy as possible while simultaneously contributing to achieving the 2030 climate targets. The NiKRASA platform enables the handling of non-craneable semi-trailers, which currently make up around 80 per cent of European truck fleets, to environmentally friendly rail in just two and a half minutes. This makes the system a powerful lever for changing the modal split in favour of rail freight transport in the long term, especially since it operates without changes to existing standards in terminals, on the wagon, or on the rail.
TX Logistik will present the new NiKRASA concept at the FS Logistix booth in Hall B6/318. The handling platform in the “Amazon Edition” can be seen live at the trade fair’s outdoor area at partner Wascosa (outdoor 704/5), where visitors can find out more about the topic in daily Expert Talks (3.30 pm each day). NiKRASA will also be on show at freight wagon manufacturer Greenbrier (outdoor 703/A1 and tracks 1/1 and 1/7), which is marketing the system under licence together with its own TA-3000 pocket wagon.
