Dirk Steffes is the new CSO of TX Logistik

Troisdorf, 15 April 2025 – Dirk Steffes is the new Chief Sales Officer (CSO) of TX Logistik. He will take over responsibility for Sales and Marketing, and he will join the Management Board completed by Ugo Dibennardo as Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Albert Bastius as Chief Operations Officer (COO) and Marcin Dudek as Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

He is currently moving from Radia Inc. to TX Logistik. He has been responsible for the European business as General Manager Europe at the US start-up company, which is active in logistics and aviation development, since 2019. Prior to this, Dirk Steffes held top management positions in European rail freight transport for many years, including as COO for the Japanese Mitsui Group’s rail vehicle leasing business in Europe and as the long-standing Head of Intermodal at DB Cargo.

While working for Radia, Dirk Steffes always remained connected to rail and intermodal transport – most recently in an advisory capacity as Senior Advisor for Swiss Life Asset Managers, one of the leading infrastructure investment companies in Europe, for which he was also a member of the Supervisory Board of the intermodal rail freight company Helrom GmbH from 2023 to early 2025.
